Working For Ending the Puppy Mills
We must end the Pupply Mills in Pennsylvania and end the abusive treatment of animals. To do this, Senator Dinniman believes that current animal cruelty laws must be vigorously enforced, and new legislation must be passed to provide a strengthened legal basis to shut-down these cruel facilities. When the bill recently came to the Senate, Dinniman led the effort to get this landmark legislation passed.
